Beer, fantastic design and Alessi are three of our favorite things, and that's why we are so pleased to announce one of our most fantastic competitions yet...

It's not exactly a secret that I'm a bit obsessed with Keep Calm and Carry On products. Or Hostess Cupcakes. Or fabulous Etsy finds.

Pasta dishes to have become a regular fixture here on BitchBuzz. The simple reason for this is they can’t be beaten for cheapness, easiness and quickness, while there are so many sauce combinations that delicious flavour needn’t go out of the window.
This is a dish I threw together this weekend in an attempt to use up a stray bit of Boursin in a way other than slathering it on a baguette (not that there is anything wrong with that, but guess where the other half of the packet went!). ...

It seems to be a very cultural thing in the UK that when the sun is out, the world seems to stop, rip off its shirt and whistfully run out into the nearest patch of grass and set up a BBQ. (And then go and stand in a 20 minute long queue just for an ice cream cone.)
BBQs are the thing to do. Every weekend the UK prays for sun. Most weekends we're left no choice but to sit indoors, drinking and cursing the weather. But every once and a while, we're blessed with the weather that seeming...

I have made a million curries, but even though they often turn out delicious, they always have a homemade taste to them that never quite lives up to the local tandoori.
Considering how much we all must end up spending on takeaway food, being able to create takeaway curry at home would undoubtedly be a huge money saver, and with the right ingredients, it is surprisingly easy. Being able to control the amount of fat and salt in the dishes when they’re homemade is also a huge bonus.

This Saturday, I made a really tasty Madras from Madhur Jaffrey’s Simple Indian Cookery Book, which I could not recommend highly enough. The recipe was easy to follow, didn’t involve any elusive ingredients, and the finished result was as good as anything I have eaten down Brick Lane (me, modest? All credit to Madhur).

It's no secret that we're big fans of having exciting bits and pieces of tableware scattered all over our kitchens - but there are few designer that can even make juicers look exciting.
Alessi, quite frankly, is the shit. You've probably seen some of their crazy kitchenware before and gone, "What the hell is that? OH! It's a

Here at BitchBuzz, we heart a good swoon over MyDeco.com, because alongside pricier items which we can only fanaticise about putting in our Cath Kidston and Alessi filled homes (it’s a fantasy, right?), there are plenty of brilliant things that we can actually afford to buy.
