Tea is a very English thing.
Some people are very particular about how they have theirs:
One sugar, two sugars, no sugar but sugar substitute please, milk in first, milk in last, milk with the teabag still in, milk when the teabag is out, not too much milk, leave the tea bag in for at least two minutes, ugh I can't be arsed with tea bags 'll just use

Last month, The Window Ledge Gardener was all about potatoes. As those of you currently growing spuds will know, they're scarcely the sort of thing you can grow in six inches of space on a windowledge, unlike this month's subjects, which are tomatoes and chilis.

When I was in New York earlier this year, I had a truly amazing plate of garlic spaghetti at a restaurant in Little Italy. Even though it probably contained barely more than garlic, olive oil and pasta, it was bursting with delicious flavour.
They all say the simplest dishes are the best, and they also carry the bonus of being the cheapest. I have added lemon and parsley to this dish to give it a real boost of summery freshness making it the perfect dish to follow a few pints of sun-...

The BitchBuzz team is spread all around the world, and we've quickly learned that not everything we love - such as Macaroni & Cheese - is readily available on opposite sides of the pond. These past couple of weeks, I have become more than a little bit obsessed with beetroot, so I have decided to make it the star of this week’s tasty quickie. Wait, hold that mouse, don’t click away just yet! Beetroot is rich in a wide variety of nutrients, detailed by fellow devotees at LoveBeetroot.com, as well as having a deliciously sweet flavour.

It's been a long week, yeah? I mean, we've had Kim Kardashian being a "size two" asshole, Lady GaGa lost her tea cup, and we had a bunch of silly people suggesting that we don't need any more women in technology.

Canned tuna is like the patron saint of cheap food. You can stick it pasta, on a baked potato, in a sandwich, or mixed into a bit of couscous, and you have got yourself an easy, cheap and healthy meal. While fresh tuna has far greater benefits in terms of Omega 3, the much cheaper canned kind is still low in fat and a great source of protein, so as long as you go for the kind canned in spring water (as o...
